This is the interview documentary in “AT TEN” or ” Tee – Sip” talk show televised thru television Channel 3 about the young girl who has gone thru sex reassignemnt process. It took her two years to become full MAN. This is one of many success cases from Yan Hee hospital in Bangkok. Enjoy the three parts show.

Many Japanese Girls and Korean Girls come to Thailand for F to M operation at Yanhee Hospital. One of the success cases tell her/his story on television interview for the first time in Thailand. Mr. F to M, dressed to protect his identity and Doctor who operated on her with the interviewer.

Interview people how they are thinking of this sex reassignment .Doctor explain how the new male sexsual organ is being constructed with the silicone stick and the patient tissues. After that the new organ is attached to the girl sexual organ.

The opinion from the patient and doctor after operation.

PATIENT Opinion:
1) She/he decided to take this operation because she want to fullfill her dream to become a man. Not because of sexual satisfaction. After operation for one year he never have any sex with any girl or boy and he does not have any girl friend.
2) During this one year, he never has any single moment of regret in this transgender operation.

DOCTOR Opinion:
1) The reason that she went to have this full operation because she had a Gender Identity Disorder (GID) sickness. It is not because she is a “TOM BOY”.

The difference between GID and Tom Boy is:

GID is a person who has a confusion of Gender Identity, while Tom Boy is a behavior of copying other personality. This behavior is very dangerous and not advice to have the transgender operation. Because once the patient change their mind or give up this behavior, they can not go back to the original gender. It is a no return operation.
2) This interview intention to educate people not motivate them to have the sexual transgender operation. It is for the GID patients only. It is a painful and expensive operation and can not be reverse.

These are the pictures took during the she male beauti contest that I copied from the website ……. . I am surprise on the transgender operation which all were done by the Thai’s doctors. Of course, I have heard about the unsuccessful operations as well. But those were done by unprofessional doctors and the cost of operation is so cheap.

Enjoy the lovely pictures.

Deciding to undertake a sex change operation, whether from male-to-female or female-to-male, is a very emotional one. Many prospective gender changers have serious issues concerning their gender orientation and have had such issues since they were very young. Thus, the decision to have a gender change is a serious matter that must not be taken lightly.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

Things You’ll Need:

  • Strong gender identity
  • Medical insurance coverage (if possible) or ability to pay
  • Pre-operative counseling
  • Post-operative counseling
  • Hormonal therapy

Paying for your operation can be completed in several ways. Three choices are paying by cash, financing or medical insurance coverage. Often, new gender transition operations are available in other countries for less cost than in the United States. However, there may be additional risks by going abroad for the operation. Surgical and physician standards in other countries may be less stringent than in the United States. The cost of a sex change operation in the U.S. ranges from male to female costs of $37,000 while operations changing from female to male are much more often exceeding $77,000. Unfortunately, only a few health insurance plans cover sex change operations. (more…)
